SUBJECT Proposed Priority Changes to Attachment to DCID 1/2 (U)
25X1 1. " Action Requested: That you approve the priority changes
proposed by DIA and the Department of State that are outlined in
25X1 I Imemorandum, which is attached for your information. NFIB
members unanimously concur in the changes.

2. Background: This is the latest proposal in the series of
changes ID 1/2. Both the DIA and State Department proposals that we
are asking you to approve now were favorably reviewed by the interagency
DCID 1/2 Ad Hoc Group before being submitted to NFIB.
3. II Recommendation: That you approve these priority changes and
direct the Executive Secretariat to initiate whatever action is required
to assure that the subject changes are implemented.
