Declassifying "the fact of" satellite photo-
graphic reconnaissance which you and Secretary
Brown agreed on last week should be straightforward.
It is worth noting that if we do it early enough,
it will be much easier to produce an unclassified
version of the DCI Annual Report that has some 25)
