Justification Books
1. We have made arrangements for you to receive two sets of
Congressional Budget Justification Books (CBJBs) including all but the
CIAP and FBI/CI Volumes.
2. In response to your request, my staff contacted non-Defense
NFIP managers to ask that you be added to the distribution for their
volumes. All except those responsible for the CIAP and FBI/CI agreed.
Because of the sensitive detail contained in the CBJBs, CIA and FBI
prefer to limit distribution to an absolute minimum.
