SUBJECT : SAFE Upgrade Report for SSCI
1. Action Requested: You sign the attached letter to
Bill Miller forwarding the GDIP program manager's response to the
committee's. request for a brief report on the use of the SAFE up-
grade by GDIP agencies.
2. Background: The attached report was received
under cover of a transmittal memorandum
