Just a brief note to let you know that I am again back
working on the Hill. I feel fortunate indeed to have joined the
staff of Representative Peter Frelinahuysen, an old friend who
is ranking minority member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Please encourage your Congressional Liaison people to let
us know if w- can ever be of assistance. My clearances are being
reinstated by the Department of Defense at the Congressman's request,
so we should be able to talk frankly about matters of common concern.
In addition, I may from time to time ask for briefings on issues of
