MEMORANDUM TO ALL GENERAL COUNSELS:
When the Attorney General's Memorandum on
the Public Information Section of the Administrative
Procedure Act was published last month, each depart=
ment- and agency requisitioned from the Government
Printing Office a sufficient supply to meet its own
needs, and 20,000 copies were placed on sale by the
Superintendent of Documents.
The sales store supply is almost exhausted,
and a second printing is being ordered. Agencies
which need additional copies may take advantage of
the GPO price by a further requisition to the
Government Printing Office which refers to Justice
Department Requisition No. 189(01). Such further
requisition must be submitted immediately.
