I have your letter of 27 March 1974 to Mr. Colby
requesting an evaluation of the contents of a Warren Com-
mission document, The document, often identified as
item 2 on your list Number 2a, is an 86-page transcript
of the executive session of the Commission of 27 January
1964.
We have reviewed the document and have no objection
to its release for public disclosure. We presume that you
will also be contacting the Federal Bureau of Investigation
for its views.
