DIA has contracted with Mr. Lyman Kirkpatrick
to prepare a textbook on the structure of the
intelligence community. DIA has requested the
USIB Secretariat's assistance for providing basic
documentation for Mr. Kirkpatrick's use. In
coordination with the IC Staff we believe that the
documents contained in the attached notebook are
candidates for release.
In accordance with USIB policy on release of
intelligence to contractors, we,are requesting
that the documents.be returned to the USIB
Secretariat after Mr. Kirkpatrick has reviewed
them.
