SUBJECT: DCI's Response to the Si tpplem ent to the Annual
Report
1. The DCI's response to the Supplein=ttat was, in part. " . Indeed
I will have regular meetings with individual )U s to review their performnce
against objectives. I would suggest that tilese rely heavily on oral communi-
cation with submission of examples of perfornar ce in terms of results. I
think DDCI and Sec. Mgt. Comm. should attend and Compt. be the organizer.
2. I believe it accurate to say that the Di :'ecctor ias accepted the
comments and recommendations of the Supplemc it. Thus, there is good
indication of how we should proceed with our role of organizer. I expect
to make a specific proposal within the next two weeks or so.
