Group on 15 February 1973
1. In response to a request by Professor Robert
E. Eider of Colgate University, arrangements are being il-Lad;_e

for the A/DDI, Mr.' Paul Walsh, to brief 14 Colgate
University students, presently serving internships in the
Washington area, and Professor Elder, 5 t ~ y Z 7 ,
at 2:00 1 1 in the DDI Conference Room. In the event
tl a r, T i is cle a ri;; 17 at` that 'cime by priority
business, Mr. Richard Lehman, D/OCI, has agreed to be
available to brief this group. This group has not pre-
viously been briefed by CIA.
2. Regarding the group's current activities, each
participant is engaged in a six-weeks internship in the
following domestic government offices and agencies:
Council on Environiental Equality
Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
Policy and Plans of FTC
Office of Consumer Education
Department of Justice-Civil Rights Division
Democratic National Committee

3. Previous to these n tern.ships , their program
included six weeks of interviews with foreign affairs
agencies including: State (IITR, country desks and
congressional relations officers), USIA, AID, ACDA, and
Peace Corps.
4. CIA will be providing this group with bus
transportation from New State to Headquarters and back.
