I attended a meeting of the Working Group,of the Cabinet Committee
to Combat Terrorism at the Department of State yesterday and listened
to the very effective presentations made by two.members.of ORPA
on the background to the Moluccans terrorist incident.now taking
place in Holland. The two ORPA representatives,
and STAT
I of only gave a very clear picture of the Moluccan inde-
pendence movement, but they also handled a.series of questions with
poise and obvious grasp of. their material. Please convey my appreciation
