I want to thank you for making available
who today made an excellent presentation to the Working Group.
He covered the history, the structure and modus operandi of
the Palestinian terrorists effectively and succinctly. His
handling of a number of searching questions proved his com-
plete grasp of the subject matter. Ambassador Heck after the
meeting expressed his appreciation for his excellent per-
formance.
