SUBJECT Designation of Miss Eloise Page as Chairman,
DCI Critical Collection Problems Committee
1. I recommend you designate Miss Eloise Page as Chairman, DCI
Critical Collection Problems Committee (CCPC).
2. Miss Page has served as Acting Chairman, CCPC, since 1972. Under
her leadership, the Committee has grappled with a number of problem areas
and has produced comprehensive, useful studies on critical items, such
as international narcotics intelligence collection. Nearing completion is
a study on international terrorism intelligence collection. Also under-
way is a special study on the problem-of early warning in Korea.
3. Pursuant to authority contained in Director of Central Intelligence
I I DCI Committee Chairmen are designated by the DCI. NFIB
is notified of your choice.
4. A brief biographic sketch of Miss Page is attached for your
information.
