I recommend you designate Miss Eloise Page as Chairman, DCI Critical Collection Problems Committee (CCPC). 2. Miss Page has served as Acting Chairman, CCPC, since 1972. Under her leadership, the Committee has grappled with a number of problem areas and has produced comprehensive, useful studies on critical items, such as international narcotics intelligence collection. Nearing completion is a study on international terrorism intelligence collection. Also under- way is a special study on the problem-of early warning in Korea. 3.
