As you will recall, Paul Walsh had asked you to host a luncheon for
Major General George A. Godding, who is to be the J-2 MACV, on Tuesday,
13ry.Jtfne, but that it later developed General Godding could not stay on for
inch. Instead, it is requested that you meet with General Godding in your
office upon his arrival at the Agency at 0930 for a half-hour discussion.
That's the day Ralph Preston is coming here, but he's not due to arrive
