MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director (Intelligence)
On 20 June the DCI discussed with Mr. Roger Hilsman
the manning of the State Department slots in the National Indications
Center. Mr. Hileman agreed that the Department would meet its
commitments. He asked for some time in order to secure the
personnel and the DCI agreed to this. The above is for your
