1. On Thursday, 11 July 1963, the Chairman of the rine Arts C
initiator; convened a aneeting with Messrs. Yeah* and Milder of General
Services Administration; OGC;
DDS/LSD; and OIDC1. The substance of this meeting is
summarised In the attached Memorandum for the Recut* prepared *
Z. This memorandum is to advise you that 1 approve the estenditure
of $ZZ, 000 to allow GSA to conclude a lump-stun contract with ?.4. riot
Space Design Company to provide a complete color plan for rums
Subsequent implementation costs will be born* by a* 1 GSA
building maintenence funds according to existing repainting schsibtles. In
the event we decide to accelerate the normal GSA schedule,* the Comptroller
will be requested to identify funds which can be made available ge this
purpose.
