REFERENCE:
1. Mr. Coyne called to suggest that at the 9 November meeting
the Board would be most interested Ins review of the pros and cons of
the B TO*Al2 issue. He also said the Board would probably be interested
in what the intelligence contingency plan for
2. Mr. Coyne called later to tkay that the Murphy-Gray-Langer
Panel on Covert Action would like to come to the CIA Building at 2430 p.m.
November 1 for an updating on covert action. Inasmuch as Dr. Langer
is in Europe. Misers. Gray and Murphy will come and will be accompanied
by Russell Ash.
