I thought that the annual meeting of the University Associates and the Agency Recruiters. together with the senior Agency officers working on the 100 Universities Program, was a successful event, and certainly an improvement over previous meet- ings. I feel further that we need periodically to engage in a little salesmanship with these people in order to keep up their esprit de corps and continue therri as enthusiastic supporters. 4. After the first day I believe that the balance can be worked out in close association with the recruiters and the Office of Personnel. S. Would you pleas. see that this is implemented for next year.
