The effectiveness of the luncheon and afternoon sessions at Langley,
as part of our conferences for business executives on government, encour-
ages us to hope that these can be continued in the coming year.
For the coming season, we have again scheduled ten such conferences,
from late October 1973 through June 1974. So as to give your staff time to
