other fringe benefits provided to Agency employees are ae svorable
as those provided in existing laws or in laws hereafter enacted for
other government employees in similar circumstances.
Z. Please have a review made of the existing Agency'
authorities in the fields involved and, in coordination with tha.
Office of General Counsel and the Office of Legislative Co sel,
recommend to me what changes, if any. are appropriate in the
light of this principle. As part of its normal functions, the Office
sgislativ+e Counsel will be expected to keep you informe'of
pending or new legislation which may affect these authority for
further recommendations to me in the future.
