The purpose of the meeting was for the Working Group to hear the Working Group Chairman's report to the IRAC, which will be given by letter and oral briefing as Agenda Item 2 at the IRAC meeting on Monday, 20 May 1974. 2. The Chairman noted the letter report which had been distributed, discussed the calendar of events as modified by the DCI during the pre-IRAC meeting on 16 May, reviewed the Working Group conclusion on the Resource Package task, and displayed the vu-graphs prepared on the basis of some data manipulation from CIRIS. 3. The meeting adjourned at 1500 hours. The Cross Program Resource Package Sub-group of the IRAC Working Group met at 1000 on 9 May at CIA Headquarters. Those attending were: 2. opened the meeting with a recap of the Sub-group's activities for benefit of those attending for the first time. I then distributed copies of his draft outline for CPRP studies. He emphasized that the de- scriptive portion of the outline is needed and can be done now, but that the evaluation portion is more developmental. 3. A spirited discussion followed centered on how one could integrate requirements data into an MIS using CIRIS as budgetidentifying ofspecific DOD cycle. tbase, indthealso programming problem targets s .4.
