SUBJECT : Crisis Management Directory
1. Attached is our first draft of the information you have provided
which we are using to construct a crisis communication directory.
2. As you will see, we still have work to do to finish filling in
the blanks, and I request your continuing assistance to complete this
task pro otly.
3. In addition, we solicit your suggestions and advice relative to
both format and contents of such a directory, based on the illustrative
materials compiled in this first draft. After having received your
suggestions and the missing data, we will. consider looking to an ex-
pansion of the coverage and to making it available for operational use.
4. To stimulate your suggestions, one alternative we are considering
in formatting this kind of information is to present it at more than
one level of security classification and codeword if that appears de-
sirable. Another possibility is to incorporate the information in a
plasticized card appropriate to be hung up in a watch office for ready
reference, rather than in a printed directory.
