In response to your memorandum of 19 December 1974 regarding proposed activities of the Critical Collection Problems Committee (CCPC), this matter will be discussed at the next Committee meeting. The CCPC will probably be tasked to under- take several studies in 1975, some of which will update previous CCPC studies. At present, there are several topics for CCPC studies under consideration but not finalized. 2. Attached is a complete list of CCPC studies. If you would indicate the CCPC studies that you do not have, we should be glad to forward copies to you, if we have spares. 3. The CCPC meets at the call of the Chairman. It is composed of representatives of State, DLA, CIA, NSA, Treasury, AEC, FBI, Army, Navy and Air Force. The Chairman is a member of the` D/DCI/IC Staff. The Committee also maintains an Inventory of U. S. Intelli- gence Facilities Overseas.
