1. During your absence this past week, the following has
transpired which may be of particular interest to you..

b. I am working with the CIA Comptroller's staff to
structure a number of fiscal alternatives for Laserfaax.
Jack lams anticipates bringing the matter up at a Management
Committee meeting, as early in January as his office is able
to assemble all the fiscal data it needs to permit top manage-
ment to look at this and other current fiscal problem cases.
I expect to provide you with the relevant details well before
that meeting. One possible option we are examining is for
a 6-7 station net using funding split between FYs 76 and 77.
