SUBJECT : Chairmanship of the National Working Group
1. As you know, I USAF (Ret.) has been
assigned special duties by the DCI that will require his full time.
1. 1 USN, recently assigned to the IC Staff, has
been designated to replace as Chairman of the National 25X1
Working Group for the Pilot Study on National Intelligence Support to
Field Commanders.
2. had been a member of the Study Group p1 for
to his reassignment. I'm confident that he will pick up the reins with
no loss of momentum. I Iwill continue to be available to
the Study and Working Groups on it consultant basis.
