Training of CONTEXT Operators
1. CONTEXT plans call for training operators for the system at
a time just before the CONTEXT IOC date now estimated to be early next
year. We wish to delay the training as long as possible because the
computer program software (being done at NSA) is constantly evolving
and we wish to train on the most up-to-date programs possible in order
to avoid retraining.
n additional kind of training is available from the contractor
but this would be for familiarization with the equipment
in order to take full advantage of the future potential of the equip-
ment. The contractor training is not critical to our training program
to meet the IOC date.
3. The CONTEXT can be demonstrated to the USIB using
