CONTEXT Delay
1. We are advised by I of NSA that there
is an additional delay on CONTEXT. The contractor
will not be able to deliver the consoles to NSA until mid-March.
NSA estimates an additional two weeks for installation of the
equipment here and at NSA. NSA says that their software is
three-fourths completed.
2. The slippage rate on CONTEXT has been about three weeks
per month since last June. V.'s hope that this is the last slip
because other projects (e. g., the National SITREP and Intelligerice
Exercises) have been geared partly to the CONTEXT schedule.
