2. The revised DCID 7/1 itself will be circulated for USIB xc,e-
sheet action within a few days, allow sufficient time I)r
USIB approval
3. We do not presume that all current and future issues will be
settled by the publication of these SOPs. Additional experien.e arc
additional meetings will no doubt drive future revisions of this
Handbook. Sti ll , we are anxious to have the Handbook approved and F,.ab-
lished as soon as possible. (Please note, by the way, that some
revision of existing departmental regulations on this subject will be
necessary following its issuance.)
4. The full agenda for the meeting is attached. It promises
