DDDQ is making of Chapter 12 of the Murphy Comission report,

afternoon to obtain DDO coordination, we are keeping our
responses quite brief.

have thusfar done in the comments on particular reconmendations,
but I hope the discussion of cover problems will be as concise
as is feasible.

noon, and hopefully before then.
