on 4 September regarding his willingness "in principle" to do a study for
the Murphy Commission. He would be willing to consider a proposal and
expects to be in the area at least through October.
2.. Although per our discussion yesterday I services
are probably no longer needed for the studies p emplated,
I forward this to you for your file against the possibility that Kent
Crane or others from the Commission may come up with sudden new requests
