Wheaton Byers advises that
the PFIAB will hold a one-day meeting
on 4 December. The morning session
will be with Brent Scowcroft, and
you have been asked to appear in
the afternoon from 1430 to 1600 hours.
Wheaton said the only agenda item
was an update on the Congressional
inquiries.
