Dear Bill:
I would like to thank you for some special support to NSA
training.
For some time I have pursued our using the techniques of
"Management by Objectives" to develop clear aims for our work.
This undertaking generated a requirement for our National Cryptologic
School to train about 500 managers as soon as possible in the appli-
cable techniques. The course can be offered to classes as large as
100, but we have no facility to accommodate the students overnight
and provide for a 12-hour work day.
With elp, the School as able to
arrange to have one of your lent tra' for three
large classes. The irst, held the week before Christmas, owes
much all the courtesy, consideration, and hard work
b and his staff. We are indebted to them for
their work on our behalf and for substantial monetary savings.
