C. Proposed ORD R&D Program. Met with CIA/ORD action
officers an proposed ORD R&D program in computer-related areas
{intelligence terminals, automated analytical methodologies, and
presentational means.) IHC requested to assist in bringing together
apprapriate community personnel to discuss and coordinate direction
of program to insure most efficient use of resources to solve CIA
problems as well as those of the community without duplication.

D. Community Bibliographic Files. Worked on staffing .replies
to two incoming letters on community bibliographic files -- one
from ASD{I) and the other from DIA. Coordinating one with PRD,

terminal in ?C35. Check-out in progress by NSA and CIA/DOMCA

D. IHC Meeting. Initiated Staff action in preparation for
IHC meeting early May on issues of community bibliographic files,
computer graphics, Washington Area Imagery Dissemination planning,
and community work in micrographics. These represent ongoing
action i'bems requiring early attention by community. Action Office:
IHC Staff.
E. Intelligent Terminals. Attended initial meeting of the
Intelligent Terminal Working Group of the IRAC R&D Council
on Friday April 4 as IC Staff representative. First meeting was
informational with DARPA briefing on their ongoing and planned
work. Initial draft of terms of reference circulated. Action
