SUBJECT: Addendum to USIB/IHC Weekly Activities
Report of 13 August 1975.
1. 22 August - CONTEXT participation; formal
agreement with State and DIA prepared for transmittal
by D/DCI/IC.
2. 2 September - Complete draft report of Chair-
man of Ad Hoc Committee on Imagery Transmission System
(ITS) and begin community briefings.
3. 19 September - CONTEXT installation of secure
voice speaker phone system at State and DIA.
4. 19 September - CONTEXT installation of large-
screen displays at CIA headquarters and NSA.
5. Mid-September - Present ITS to USIB and/or
IRAC for guidance on procurement of equipment.
6. 30 September - Completion of ITS Phase I contract
with Harris.

7. 1 October - CONTEXT formal technical agreement
with NSA.
8. 1 October - Begin negotiations
ITS System (Phase II).
