MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
Morning Meeting of 7 September 1967
DD/I reported that the conclusions of this week's Task Force
LOOKOUT were essentially negative.
Kent referred to a letter from Secretary McNamara which antici-
pated the receipt of NIE's 11-8 and 11-3 on dates earlier than feasible.

the broken water main was minimal and that the equipment was again
