MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD
Morning Meeting of 26 December 1968
The Director was on leave. The Acting Director was in the
Parrott reported that he had confirmed that the PFIAB meeting
scheduled for 10 January would be a regular meeting. and that the
Chairman assumed the Director would be available. We do not have
an agenda.
*ADD/S&T reported that he would be meeting with
later today to discuss the problem. The Acting Director
said that he definitely wan s o ssen a message to the field on this sub-
ject prior to 1 January.
ADD/P referred to an article in this morning's New York Times
on page A-12, "Hungary Says an Agent Infiltrated U. S. Espionage. "
ADD/P said he had checked this out and there is no basis in fact to
support the allegation.
