The Director suggested to the ADD/I and Godfrey that a senior,
knowledgeable analyst be sent on a fact-finding trip through the
Caribbean islands.
Action taken: 3 January 1969
will confer with Chief/WH for the purpose .
of cataloguing trips to the Caribbean area by Agency personnel and
arrangements will be made for the systematic debriefing of these
Agency travellers. In this way we can best take advantage of the
considerable number of Agency travellers who have recently or
are already scheduled to visit the area. When this review has
been completed, we can best determine what spots should be covered
after the tourist season..
