Maury reported the possible requirement to provide written
answers to questions raised in connection with yesterday's appearance
of the DD/ S& T before Senator McIntyre's subcommittee on R&D. The
Director asked that any written responses be in the form of a blind
memorandum, void of Agency letterhead or other markings which
indicate the originator.
