According to ONI, on 11 February:
WIIMA is a few miles from Singapore and
the Finnish Government advises she will be
diverted into Singaport (rather than going
to Shanghai).
The NESTE,a second Finnish tanker under
Polish charter, passed Istanboul on 7 February
for Constanza to load 100,000 tons kerosene
for Red Chira .
ONI reports on 11 February that NESTE
is still in Black Sea.
