SUBJECT: Veterans of Strategic Services Dinner,
4 December 1964

committee had met and was presenting the annual William J.
Donovan award to General William Quinn. Quinn has already
been telephoned in Germany, has accepted, and has received
Army approval to come to Washington for the 4 December ban-
quet. They hope to have present to make the award.
said he would like our help in getting OSS veterans in the
Agency to this dinner, and asked somebody to attend a meeting
today at 5:00 p.m. at the Metropolitan Club to discuss it. After
discussion with Messrs. Helms, Lloyd George and Harry Little,
Little agreed to go and represent us.
