In the welter of confusing or discouraging
traffic, there occasionally comes a small
lift. Attached is a document which helped
lighten our day dow~i here and might amuse
you. One unidentified North Vietnamese
comrade in Laos is ~ clearly having his
problems and suffering,less than optimum
morale. To my kno~vl~dge, we have no
monkeys officially appffearing on the pay roll,
but I have long suspected Devlin does not tell u
everything.
