Attached are two notes spontaneously
commissioned and prepared
by his OER associates.
They were prompted
by our conversation on Friday, 11 August.
One deals with the rate at which the North
Vietnamese have been firing SA-2 missiles.
The other analyzes daily ammunition expend-
iture rates in South Vietnam for the month
of July breaking them down by type, rounds
and by tons.
