Per our 15 August telephone conversation,
attached are two OER notes: one on Commu-
nist ammunition expenditures in South Vietnam,
the other on SA-2 missile firings in the north.
These were done by OER after our conversa-
tion with General Walters on 11 August and
both have been sent to him. If you are
interested, we can break out the overall
ammunition expenditures in the south by round,
weapon type and region over a more detailed
time-phased plot.
