SUBJECT : Note of Appreciation
1. The support and assistance furnished by your colleagues
during my 17-25 February trip to Honolulu was outstanding, impressive
and greatly appreciated.
2. Unfortunately, I did not write down the names of all the
gentlemen involved but one of your associates materialized at every
point on my itinerary. When I went to National Airport on Saturday,
17 February, a gentleman from your local office was waiting at the
check-in counter to render any assistance necessary and ensure that
inspection procedures for my flight were being properly implemented.

3. Outstanding performance is, of course, something we have
all come to accept as the norm for the Office of Security, but I wanted
you to know how much I personally appreciated the assistance given

one of your colleagues who participated in this exercise.
