SUBJECT: FY 75 Key Intelligence Questions
To assure that there is no confusion regarding
responsibility for the FY 75 Key Intelligence Questions,
attached is a listing of assignments of specific KIQs
to individual NIOs. With the exception of three of the
KIQs, the designation of the responsible NIO appeared
fairly clear-cut although there may be some honest dif-
ferences of opinion with these assignments. Should
any NIO have strong feelings about these allocations,
they, of course, remain open to discussion and negotia-
tion. The three KIQs in question are 18, 22 and 47
which could fall respectively under SP or CF; E, SP or
CF; and E or WE. The views of these NIOs on the assign-
ments of these three KIQs are thus solicited.
