Treasury'and one on his 27 May meeting with the
new Assistant Secretary of State for Economic'
Affairs. I think you will find both of them of
interest for their substantive content and for
what they implicitly say about the way Bob is
proceeding about getting himself in business.
I consider his approach and touch to be just
what the situation requires.
