1. Attached is Rutherford's
reply to your query (copy also attached)
on the optimum date for the Memorandum
to Holders of NIE 11/12-73. As you
will see, Rutherford gave the answer we
wanted.

Secretariat circulating a copy of
Rutherford's answer and advise them
that we will be doing a Memorandum
to Holders keyed to the 6 May delivery
date suggested by the MBFR delegation.
