REMARKS:
1. Attached are two documents passed
to me by the IC Staff. One is the latter'
suggested guidance and instructions for
preparing the KIQ baseline reports, the
other the draft guidance and instructions
for preparing KIQ performance reports.
2. These are but suagestions and I
have emphasized that we will feel entirely
free to make any comments or revisions
that we consider warranted. Would each of
you please look these documents over care-
fully and be prepared to discuss them at
our first meeting next week.
3. If any of you individually wishes
to seek clarification from the IC Staff,
please feel free to do so.
