Attached is a copy of the draft DOD response
to Senator Symungton's 26 July letter to
Secretary Rogers. It was obtained via
:Colonel Farnham of ISA who gave it, more or
less informally, to my associate
Farnham is receptive to comments
or suggestions but will need them before COB
Friday, 8 September and would like to have
them as early in the day as possible. I have
given a copy separately to Mr. Colby and
suggest that any recommendations we have
be funneled through him.
