MEMORANDUM FOR: THE ACTING DIRECTOR
Attached is a proposed letter for your
signature to Representative Jones acknowledging
receipt of Committee materials on the saline
Water Program. OSI has indicated that we have
done little in this field but have enclosed an
intelligence memorandum for background.
OSI advises that information on the Soviet
effort enjoys a relatively low priority.
